Over the next few weeks I will be sharing Meditation sessions from the Happy Healthy Membership.
There are so many pre-conceived ideas about what Meditation is and how it should look - I aim to de-bunk these straight away. No lotus position, no confusing language or ideas.
I'm not sure what it says about me but I need things to be super simple to be able to take them on board.
Over the next few weeks these sessions will cover different techniques and methods. Give them a try and see what works best for you.
This episode is from our Monday morning Meditation + Mindset session. We start the week with a journalling exercise to promote a positive mindset - practicing gratitude, joy and kindness to create new, healthy thought habits.
