Spoiler alert - unfortunately there is no specific Yoga pose which will fix persistent pain. However there are many ways that we can support our recovery. Our bodies are amazingly strong and resilient.
Today I am talking to Yoga teacher Hannah Stewart about the complex subject of pain. You may have listened to the episode I recorded with Hannah way back in August about her modern , functional approach to Yoga and movement.
So many people arrive at a Yoga class because they are suffering from persistent pain of some kind. It is important to understand the nature of pain, (as much as we can) in order to ensure that our Yoga practice is supporting our recovery.
